Minimum 2 hours. When an employee with Family Matters uses their own vehicle, a .50¢ travel fee will incur per mile, for any miles over the included 10 miles.

5% discount for customers 65 years of age or older on all services


Services must be canceled within 72 hours of the requested service, otherwise a minimum of 1 hour may be charged. There is no cancellation fee for appointments cancelled and rescheduled with more than 72 hour’s notice.
